1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kingdom System Discovery ("KSD," "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KSD is an AI-guided educational platform that introduces users to the Kingdom Governance framework through guided conversation sessions. The Service uses artificial intelligence to provide responses grounded in published works by Charlie Lewis.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address and your real name to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
  • One account per person. Automated account creation is prohibited.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or bypass the AI system
  • Submit content that is abusive, threatening, or harassing
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the AI model or training data

5. AI-Generated Content

  • Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and grounded in published materials. They are educational in nature and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
  • While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. You should verify any important information independently.
  • The AI is designed to represent the Kingdom Governance framework as taught by Charlie Lewis. It does not represent the views of any religious denomination or organization.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Kingdom Governance framework, book content, and related materials are the intellectual property of Charlie Lewis and/or their respective copyright holders.
  • The KSD platform, design, and code are the property of Kingdom System Discovery.
  • You retain ownership of the questions and messages you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your messages for the purpose of generating AI responses and improving the Service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Session Limits & Costs

  • Each discovery session has a configurable number of turns. Sessions may be ended early by the user or automatically when the turn limit is reached.
  • The Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or usage limits in the future with reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KINGDOM SYSTEM DISCOVERY AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from your Profile settings. All associated data will be permanently deleted.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
